1. License & Usage

By purchasing Sheet Formatter Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software on your own Google Sheets™ account.

2. Payments

All purchases are processed via Stripe and are non-recurring. All sales are final unless a technical issue prevents access to Pro features and is verified by our support team.

3. Pro Access Activation

Pro features are tied to the email used during Stripe checkout. Sharing, transferring, or reselling access is strictly prohibited. Email verification is performed automatically via Google Apps Script against a secure list stored in Google Sheets.

4. Support

Support is provided via email at support@pure-plays.com. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Disclaimers

This software is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, feature performance, or compatibility. We are not responsible for spreadsheet content or data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PurePlays shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this software.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon posting to https://pure-plays.com/formatter-terms.

8. Licensing & Restrictions

This software is proprietary and confidential. You may not:

Copy, distribute, or resell this software.
Modify, reverse engineer, or sublicense any part of it.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination and legal action.
